As for improvement, I would suggest working on making sure all of your sound clips are roughly the same volume (so that none of them is significantly louder than others).

Your animation is good, though. Perhaps adding lip synching could be the next step in improving?

As a tutorial it was alright...

However, as a flash submission it was extremely lackluster. I am aware that your last submission passed, but realize that it had passed with a score under a two. Animating your tutorial could boost it into the mid-two range. For example, turn a stilled screenshot into an animated screenshot tutorial by simply taking multiple screenshots and compiling them into an animated sequence using the Microsoft GIF program (time consuming, but worth it). Mini tutorial or not, a one frame submission is nothing to pride yourself on, even if it passes judgement.

Another great cartoon by the locks!

Man, these cartoons are soooo random. Just what I love to watch. The introduction was great, the "Lock Zero Wing Intro" short was hillarious, the part when the Mafia lock bombs peanut butter was great, and even the "I'm cool" short was nice. Well done!

Even though the graphics were really bad, but the meaning still shined clear. I'd hate to miss the bus every day, get a 0 on my homework, and robbed. That would suck.
